We currently employ around 190 staff, headed by an Executive Management Team comprising the Chief Executive and five departmental Directors.

Executive Management Team
Julie has been Chief Executive of Caledonia since its formation in 2011. Prior to that she was Chief Executive of the former Servite Housing Association. She has over 20 years experience in senior roles within the housing sector.
Director of Finance & Governance
Leigh joined Caledonia in 2019. A qualified Chartered Accountant and former Chief Operating Officer, Leigh has over 20 years’ experience within the financial services industry.
Director of Strategy & Innovation
Garry has held a range of management and senior positions in Caledonia and its predecessor organisation, Perthshire Housing Association, over the past 20 years. He was appointed to lead the newly created Strategy and Innovation directorate in 2019, having previously been Business Services Director since 2011. He has responsibility for strategic planning and projects and also our ICT function.
Director of Assets
A Quantity Surveyor by profession, Andrew has headed up Caledonia's Asset Management function since 2011. Prior to that he held a similar role for 17 years with the former Servite Housing Association. He has overall responsibility for our planned and cyclical maintenance programmes, housing development programme, procurement, Care and Repair and our factoring services.
Director of Customer Services
Tim has an extensive background working in the housing sector and senior management positions. He has overall responsibility for our key frontline customer services, covering all aspects of our housing and neighbourhood management functions. He has held a similar role in Caledonia since 2011, and previously in the former Servite Housing Association.
Director of People
Barry joined Caledonia in 2015 as Area Director to lead our operations in the West Dunbartonshire area. He was appointed as head of the newly created People Directorate in 2019 and has overall responsibility for Human Resource Management, Learning and Development and Health, Safety and Wellbeing across the Group.
