Connect, our digital self-service portal and app, provides you with 24/7 access to your tenancy information including your account balance, rent payments, and the ability update your details or report and schedule repairs. No need to wait until the office opens. All done at a time convenient with your life.

Finally our team of Neighbourhood Officers will provide a more personal tenancy management service for you.

We have streamlined your Housing Officer, Maintenance Officer, Benefits Officer and Sustainment Officer into one, more easily accessible Neighbourhood Officer. The Neighbourhood Officer gives you a single point of contact, empowered to deal with your housing needs quickly and efficiently as they are dealing with a smaller area. This will make the services we provide more understanding of your needs and ensure consistency in your tenancy.

For tenants in retirement or sheltered housing you will still have access to a Scheme Manager as well as a Neighbourhood Officer.

To achieve this we have reduced the number of properties each Neighbourhood Officer looks after. Each area varies in its needs, so we haven’t created the areas perfectly geographically but have tried to localise them as much as possible.

Your dedicated Neighbourhood Officer will work alongside Connect and our Customer Solutions Team; with all three working together to meet your tenancy needs.
