Access to Information
From 11th November 2019, we are subject to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA). We are also required to comply with the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EIRs). We have adopted the Scottish Information Commissioner's Model Publication Scheme and developed a Guide to Information which details the information we make available through the scheme.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and complying with data protection laws when we process your personal data. Requesting to see your Personal Data
You have a right to access information held by us about you, and to have any inaccuracies corrected. There is normally no charge for this and we are required to respond to such requests within one month. Data Protection laws also provide you with other rights to help you remain in control of your personal data. These are described in our Privacy Notice.
