Eligibility to work in the UK

Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006

Employers are required to ask prospective employees to provide specific documents to ensure that you are entitled to work in the UK. It is a criminal offence for employers to employ someone without this right. If you are short-listed for interview you will be asked to provide relevant documents from the following lists before any job offer can be made.
