We believe that effective tenant participation is central to our aim to deliver excellent, value-for-money customer services to our tenants.

We offer a range of ways for tenants to share their views, raise concerns and receive timely feedback. These include calling our Customer Services Team, sending us a letter or email, or contacting us through social media. You can also visit our office, arrange a home visit, or attend tenant/staff meetings, surgeries or events.
