We have a number of areas of land identified in Perthshire for future developments. These include:
Caledonia Housing Association and Stephen have submitted a planning application to Perth & Kinross Council for a development of affordable homes in the popular Perthshire commuter village of Guildtown.
The submitted proposal is for 20 homes for affordable rent with Caledonia Housing Association along with 22 private homes available to buy from Perthshire house builder Stephen. The development for Caledonia and Stephen will consist of a mixture of one, two and three bedroom cottages and houses on the land at the end of Northfield Road in Guildtown.
This development will further expand Stephen’s presence in Guildtown, with their existing scheme of 24 homes in the village which have proved popular.
Atholl Road, Pitlochry
We have planning permission for two 3-storey blocks of 6 flats with common stair access at Elm Court off Atholl Road in Pitlochry. The two bedroom flats, which will be for affordable rent, have car parking.
Crieff Road, Perth
A development of one refurbished home and six new flats each with their own off street parking and a shared garden. The flats will be located in their own cul-de-sac off Crieff Road.
