This page is dedicated to tenants in our retirement living developments, providing greater detail about the reopening of communal facilities and services you can expect in each level.

We are aware that residents in our retirement living developments have been unable to use the communal facilities for quite a long period of time while we have followed Government guidance on restrictions for indoor spaces.

We have reviewed the Scottish Government guidance again and have noted that even within Level 1 there is still a very cautious approach particularly around indoor gatherings and the infection control measures in communal areas that must be undertaken. Based on the Government guidance we have created levels guidance for communal facilities in our retirement living schemes which you can find below.

Your Scheme Manager will be onsite at the scheme more and more as we move down through the levels system and will be available to discuss any questions or queries you have about this guidance and how it applies to you.

While we are in the Scottish Government's level system it is important to remember that:

  • Visits are subject to COVID screening checks & infection control measures
  • Services will be provided remotely, as much as possible
  • PPE, face coverings & social distancing must be maintained

We are constantly reviewing the guidance issued by the Scottish Government to ensure we can resume as much of our services and facilities as possible.

Resuming more services is only possible when strict Coronavirus control guidelines are followed.  We have full infection control measures in place for all visits and appointments. Please visit the page for more details on how we are working hard to keep you and our teams safe.

We would like to once again thank you for your continued cooperation and patience while we work within the restrictions as safely as possible.
