The Scottish Government announced this week we will move ‘Beyond Level 0’ on the 9th August – so what does “Beyond Level 0” mean for your tenancy and the services you receive from us?

When the Scottish Government eased the restrictions to Level 0, we were able to resume the majority of our services.  In “Beyond Level 0” we will continue to take a careful and steady approach to providing our services in line with the Government guidance to proceed with care and caution.

Our default position will be to continue, where possible and practical, to provide services remotely, with our offices remaining closed to the public.  There will be occasions when staff will be required to visit tenants and customers in their homes and we will do this as safely as possibly, in line with the Scottish Government guidance.

For residents in our retirement living developments your Scheme Manager is onsite working as they were pre pandemic. Our Scheme Managers and Scheme Cleaners will continue to wear masks when moving around the Scheme.  The communal areas are open for use and we urge our residents to follow the Scottish Government’s advice to proceed with care and caution when using these areas; maintaining social distancing, good hand hygiene and leave areas clean for others.
