Tenants of Caledonia Housing Association can now Report a Repair online.
Our new online report a repairs online system is very easy to use and guides you through a step by step process highlighting your repair that needs attention. You can use the online form 24 hours a day however, please be aware that the form is for reporting a routine or other non-emergency repair.
Also please be aware that if you are reporting a repair outside our normal working hours, your repair will not receive attention until our next working day.
You can also call our Customer Services team on 0800 678 1228. Our core hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5pm and Friday, 9am - 4pm.
PLEASE NOTE: TO REPORT EMERGENCY REPAIRS call our Out of Hours Service – 0800 783 7937. Available from Monday to Thursday 5pm – 9am, and Friday - Monday 4pm – 9am. Our out of hours calls are handled by one call handler BR24. When contacted BR24 will make arrangements for contractors to attend to emergency repairs. BR24 will also contact Caledonia Housing Association staff if the situation is serious. If the report is not an emergency and is not serious, BR24 will log the call and will report the detail to our offices on the next working day.
All repairs for our residents at Inverness are reported to Cairn Housing Association contractor, Enterprise, on 0845 224 1754. The exception to this is for heating and hot water repairs, where calls to 01463 718257 are handled by Fraser & Sun, (Fraser & Sun out of hours 07770 525905).
