2014 Customer Survey

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY 2014

Date Posted: 8th of December 2014

Caledonia Housing Association wants to find out what you think about our properties and our services. We want to hear your views on how we are doing and what we need to do better. As a result, we are asking Knowledge Partnership, who are independent researchers, to carry out a Customer Satisfaction Survey on our behalf.

The interview will take around 15-20 minutes to complete. The satisfaction survey is completely anonymous which means we will not get to know individual responses.

The survey will be undertaken between Wednesday 10 December 2014 and Friday 23 January 2015, with the survey approach being a mixture of either face to face interviews with tenants or asking tenants to complete a postal survey.

The face to face surveys will be conducted with a number of tenants in the following areas:
Dundee, Monifieth, Birkhill, Brechin, Forfar, Arbroath, Montrose, Gauldry, Leuchars, Tayport, Newport on Tay, Birnam, Abernethy, Bridge Of Earn, Auchterarder, Kintillo, Crieff, Comrie, Dunkeld, Alyth, Coupar Angus, Blairgowrie, Pitlochry, Scone, Perth, Inverness, Aberfeldy, Inchture, and Longforgan.

For a number of tenants living in the below areas, they will be asked to complete a postal survey (which can also be completed on-line) that is to be returned to the association using a pre-paid envelope:
Ardler, Blair Atholl, Braco, Burrelton, Dunning, Edzell, Errol, Glenlyon, Inveraldie, Kinfauns, Kinloch Rannoch, Kinross, Kirkmichael, Kirriemuir, Ladybank, Little Ballinluig, Milnathort, Monikie, Newburgh, Spittalfield, and St Madoes.

The customer satisfaction survey 2014 is only for tenants and therefore will not involve shared/full owners; however, any shared/full owners wanting to share their views and suggestions regarding the association should contact the Customer Services Team.
We hope that you are able to help us by taking part and to encourage your participation all customers that agree to be surveyed will have their details entered into a draw to win one of five £50 cash prizes.
