UPDATE: Allpay Duplicate Payment Issue

Allpay had a technical issue at the end of last week that resulted in duplicated payments being taken.
Allpay have confirmed that all the duplicate Direct Debit payment refunds have now left their account and have been credited in your accounts.
As a result of these system issues, allpay are only able to notify you of one Direct Debit payment in the relevant Payment Information File (PIF). Unfortunately, allpay cannot guarantee that this payment is related to either the failed payment or the successful payment. Therefore, allpay are recommending that you refrain from chasing these arrears until they provide you with full reconciliation data.
