Perth Office Flood: 24 hour Update

During the night of Monday 5th August and into the early hours of Tuesday 6th August our Perth office flooded.
Our Perth staff responded quickly on Tuesday morning, dispersing to work from our other locations. Our Customer Solutions team, who answer our 0800 678 1228 number, quickly redeployed to our other offices while our phone lines were redirected. This meant we were up and running just 30 minutes later than our normal 9am start with BR24, our out of hours operator, continuing to answer calls until we were operational.

Please note all our direct dial Perth numbers are in the process of being redirected and will be operational again in the next few days.
We have had some of our team, contractors and the Fire service on site yesterday, Tuesday 6th August. There has been significant damage to the building so we don’t expect to be able to have the Perth office up and running this week, and this is likely to be the case moving into next week.
