As a Group, we\u2019ll then review these and create an Action Plan to make the changes we need to deliver a better service.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tenants can take part in the survey by speaking to an <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">interviewer \u2013 in person or by telephone \u2013 who will ask a series of questions. It will take less than 15 minutes.
