If you are experiencing damp, mould or condensation in your home please report this to us as soon as possible. The Association will respond to instances of condensation, dampness & mould promptly and with compassion to limit its impact on your enjoyment of your home.
We will focus on identifying and tackling the root cause of the problem and work towards preventing it from reoccurring.

Supporting Tenants with Energy Costs: Our Partnership with Scarf
Over the past year, our partnership with Scarf has provided vital support to tenants across Scotland, helping households manage rising energy costs and reduce financial pressure.
In 2025/26, a total of 297 households were supported, with many tenants accessing help more than once.
Making a real difference
This year’s programme has delivered strong outcomes for tenants:
£13,368 in fuel vouchers provided
3,610 pieces of energy advice delivered
Helping households save an estimated £143,413 annually
188.6 tonnes of carbon saved
362 onward referrals to additional support services
This combined approach provides both immediate financial relief and longer-term support, helping tenants stay warm while reducing future energy costs.

Through this support, households have been able to:
