The report demonstrates how strong governance, responsible financial management, investment in our people, and our commitment to communities and partnerships help us deliver sustainable long-term value and better outcomes for customers.
Key highlights from the 2025-26 report include:
- Delivered 128 new affordable, energy-efficient homes and invested £11.85 million on maintaining and improving existing homes.
- Continued progress towards the Group’s Net Zero 2045 ambition, including 218 solar PV installations, reduced fleet mileage, and strengthened carbon reporting.
- Maintained high levels of customer satisfaction, with 87.3% of tenants satisfied with the overall service provided and 84.1% rating their rent as good value for money.
- Supported tenants through the cost-of-living challenges, helping households save an estimated £143,000+ annually through energy advice and support services.
- Invested in communities and wellbeing, supporting more than 30 local community groups and completing 293 major adaptations to help tenants live independently.
- Achieved national recognition, winning Housing Association of the Year and the Community Contribution Award at the 2025 Scottish Home Awards.
