Caledonia Shortlisted For Housing Association Of The Year At The 2025 Scottish Home Awards

Caledonia Housing Association (CHA) has been shortlisted for ‘Housing Association of the Year’, its third nomination at the 2025 Scottish Home Awards, which celebrates excellence in new-build housing and outstanding contributions to the sector across Scotland.

Following nominations in the ‘Community Contribution’ and ‘Social Housing Development of the Year (under 100 Units)’ categories, CHA has now been recognised as one of Scotland’s top housing associations.

CHA continues to deliver on its purpose: providing homes and services that make life better. As a leading provider of social housing across eight local authority areas, CHA delivers high-quality housing services to over 5,500 tenants and factoring services to more than 2,300 homeowners. This work is underpinned by a strong commitment to people – our tenants, our communities, and the colleagues who make it all possible.

Allan Jones, Chairperson, Caledonia Housing Association, said “We are immensely proud to be shortlisted for ‘Housing Association of the Year’ at this year’s Scottish Home Awards. This recognition reflects the progress our team continues to make in delivering more sustainable and affordable housing for Scotland, as well as services that truly make life better for the diverse local communities we serve.”

The winners will be announced at the awards evening taking place on Thursday 19th June 2025 at The Doubletree by Hilton, Glasgow.
