We’ve published our first Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report – showing how Caledonia is making a positive difference for people, communities, and the planet.
From improving the energy efficiency of homes to supporting tenants through partnerships and investing in communities, the report highlights the progress we’re making to create safe, sustainable, and affordable places to live.
Find out more about what we’ve achieved and how we’re working towards a greener, fairer future for everyone.
The survey, which takes place every 3 years, will run for six weeks from the 18 September and be conducted by the independent market research company, Knowledge Partnership. They’ll be using a combination of face to face and telephone interviews.
Julie Cosgrove, Chief Executive, said: “I would encourage all tenants to take part in the survey if they are able to spare the time. Feedback on how Caledonia and Cordale deliver services is critical in helping us shape them in the future. We pride ourselves as housing associations that listen, learn and develop from what our people say.
“Knowledge Partnership’s independent specialists will ensure the survey is completely confidential and that tenants can provide answers anonymously if they wish to.
“Once completed, Knowledge Partnership will combine the feedback to provide a survey report for senior staff and the Board of Directors. As a Group, we’ll then review these and create an Action Plan to make the changes we need to deliver a better service.”
Tenants can take part in the survey by speaking to an interviewer – in person or by telephone – who will ask a series of questions. It will take less than 15 minutes. In-person visits will be made Monday to Friday (10am to 7.30pm), Saturday 11am to 6pm, and Sunday 12 noon to 5pm.
Knowledge Partnership will delete any personal information two months after the completion of the survey and will only pass anonymised data to the Association.
Tenants that have been selected to take part will receive a letter by 11th September with details on the process for the survey and are asked to respond to whether they are able to take part.
