Important Notice Regarding Bin Collection Industrial Action
13th August update: Industrial action due to affect bin collections between August 14 and 22 has been postponed. This means bin collections will go ahead between these dates so please present your bins as normal.
Trade unions have agreed to postpone strikes while they consider the latest offer from The Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA).
Please be advised that bin collections are likely to be disrupted by industrial action from 14 August to 22 August 2024. We are actively monitoring the situation and have contingency plans in place for our retirement and sheltered housing schemes should the industrial action proceed as planned.
