Tim Goddard

Tim was elected to the Management Board in September 2020 and appointed to the Group Remuneration Committee in October 2020. 

 Tim is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience of acquisition and development in the student housing sector.  Tim also has extensive Investment Committee and Board experience.
