Board Changes at Caledonia Housing Association

We are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Chair and Vice Chair following our Annual General Meeting.

Allan Jones, has been elected Chair of the Management Board, succeeding previous Chair, Tim Goddard. Allan Jones is a former Board member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has been a member of the Caledonia Management Board since 2021. He previously served as Vice Chair and Chair of the Group Audit and Risk Management Committee and is a member of the Group Development Committee. He is a Transformation Programme Manager for Aberdeenshire Council with over 25 years’ experience in the housing sector and extensive knowledge of homelessness and the challenges facing tenants in social housing.

Fellow board member, Derek Robertson, has been elected Vice Chair. Derek has extensive senior management experience working in the UK Charity Sector, having led six charities as Chief Executive. Derek now manages his own consultancy and supports non-profit and charitable organisations with business development, sustainability and transformational change.
