Christmas Office Opening Hours

Our three main offices will close from 1pm on Wednesday 24^th December until 9am Monday 5th January 2026.

During this time, our Very Sheltered teams and Scheme Cleaning Operatives will continue with their normal arrangements, providing care, support and essential services to tenants throughout the festive period.

Out of Hours Emergency Repairs

If you have an emergency outside of our office hours, please contact our Out of Hours Emergency Service on 0800 783 7937.

Our out-of-hours provider, BR24, will be able to assist and, where appropriate, arrange for an emergency repair to be carried out. They can also contact a member of Caledonia staff if the situation is serious.

Please note that non-emergency repairs cannot be reported out of hours. For these, you will be advised to contact our Customer Solutions Team during normal office hours.
